What’s in my Gym Bag

Hi, sweet Ladies (and girls) a bonus post on “what’s in my gym bag”.
I thought to write this, after searching a meaningful list of things to put in it and, honestly, the post I found probably was not targeting people, like us (normal people that is not a professional, I mean).
In all honesty, I started exercising seriously back this week, both because I have a short term big working event and I want to be at my best, but also because I started to be conscious that I need to take care of my health, and bone and muscle mass, in particular, before it’s too late (a bit dramatic I know).
These were my triggers, a have short term goal to spark the “initiative” and a compelling long term “why” to keep up with it. This strategy worked very well this year with my weight loss when I’ve been consistent for the same reasons.
So, let jump into the topic then: as you probably saw in my insta stories(@llitllewhitestyle) I treated myself with a new pink gym bag with gold details (only 30 euros by H&M, unfortunately sold out).

Two microfiber towels (one for the body and one for hairs)

Micro/portable hairdryer (Babyliss on Amazon)
Gym gear – Nike in photo
Shoes and socks (Brooks)
Two Bags (for gear after using it)

Some sort of micellar/tonic water (Acqua di Rose available only in Italy)
Cotton pads
Dry shampoo
Wipes
Travel size moisturiser
Hair elastic
Hair clip
A liquid concealer for touch-ups after a workout (I don’t know about you, but my redness worsens after exercising)
My current GET FIT routine is 30 minutes in the morning with Mat workout for beginners by Tracy Anderson and 20/25 of cardio during lunch breaks. I’ll keep you posted on my progresses , so stay tuned
